Installation service

Flooring Master delivers a range of add-on services, in addition to the standard supply and installation service, designed to ensure the process of shopping for and installing your new flooring is hassle free. Our installation services currently include carpet, laminate and glue down hardwood installations.

5-year installation warranty

Flooring Master guarantees the quality of workmanship to be professional and in keeping with standards set by the flooring industry. Should further installation service attributable to the original installation of your flooring be required during the warranty time, Flooring Master will return and provide that service at no cost to you.

This Five Year Limited Installation Warranty is valid only for original owner-occupied.

Residential installations performed by a Flooring Master authorized independent contractor and will be invalid if the flooring condition is due to improper maintenance or cleaning, abuse, excessive moisture, vandalism, or alteration.

Please note that in most installations, seams are necessary. Our installers are trained to minimize seams; however, seams are inevitable and may be visible. This is normal and should be expected, and is not covered by this Limited Installation Warranty.

Residential, commercial, and industrial flooring installation

We serve residential, commercial and industrial throughout Tampa, St. Pete, Orlando, Apopka, and the surrounding communities. We also offer an extended service territory for local customers who have additional homes or building that require flooring services, please call for more details.

What should I expect during my measure consultation?

A professional measure is necessary for Flooring Master to accurately quote your product quantity and to back the installation integrity. Your Flooring Master expert will call you the morning of the estimate and confirm a two-hour window for your scheduled in-home consultation. During your appointment, your Flooring Master representative will do the following:

Determine the amount of materials needed to complete your project
Measure the entire area requiring new flooring
Evaluate the existing flooring for damage and levelness
Determine any special installation requirements or additional materials needed
Perform a moisture test (where applicable)
After the appointment, our experts will create a measure diagram with these results and provide to you an exact quote, all while on site at your home
