5-YEAR INSTALLATION WARRANTY

FlooringMaster guarantees the quality of workmanship to be professional and in keeping with standards set by the flooring industry. Should further installation service attributable to the original installation of your flooring be required during the warranty time, FloorinMaster will return and provide that service at no cost to you.

This Five Year Limited Installation Warranty is valid only for original owner-occupied residential installations performed by a FlooringMaster authorized independent contractor and will be invalid if the flooring condition is due to improper maintenance or cleaning, abuse, excessive moisture, vandalism or alteration.

Please note that in most installations, seams are necessary. Our installers are trained to minimize seams; however, seams are inevitable and may be visible. This is normal and should be expected, and is not covered by this Limited Installation Warranty.

What should I expect during my measure consultation?

A professional measure is necessary for FlooringMaster to accurately quote your product quantity and to back the installation integrity. Your FlooringMaster Expert will call you the morning of the Estimate and confirm a two hour window for your scheduled in-home appointment. During your appointment, The FlooringMaster representative will do the following:

• Determine the amount of materials to be used in the project
• Measure the entire area requiring new flooring
• Evaluate the existing flooring for damage and levelness
• Determine any special installation requirements or additional materials needed
• Perform a moisture test (where applicable)
• After the appointment, will create a measure diagram with all results and will provide to you an exact quote
